Terms and conditions of poker

For "Company" we mean Betclass Ltd (BetKlass Poker).

For "Account Holder" or "Player" we mean the person that has a contractual relationship with Betclass Ltd.

Introduction:
Before opening an account and register your details read carefully the General Terms & Conditions, Poker Terms & Conditions, Casino Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming. Make sure to have a copy of these regulations so that they can be used for future reference. All bets made with, and accepted by Betclass Ltd (the Company), are said to be accepted within the Maltese State and subject to the application of the rules that follow every comprised.
Before opening an account with Betclass, every player is invited to be informed, follow and respect the regulations in the jurisdiction where they reside.
Betclass will not be held responsible for any actions or initiatives taken by any other Authority against a player or any confrontations against any Account Holder.

1. When the User chooses the icon "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions" while registering in the section "New Account" he is then declaring that he has seen, read and accepted unconditionally every part of the regulations: Rules, Terms and Conditions, procedures that regulate the game and the Personal Privacy Policy and the other rules published on this site. The Company reserves the right to make changes to it and any changes will be published on the website. Anything published on the website in whatever form is considered an integral part of this regulations.
2. Access to the service is only consented to people of 18 years or over and is prohibited to Maltese citizens and in any other State where the legislation prohibits. It is up to the account holder to ensure that they are of legal age to gamble in their country of residence.
3. BetKlass Poker offers its customers a variety of Poker. We invite everyone to try it and to practise poker in the free version mode.
4. By playing Poker using the BetKlass Poker, players play against each other on the internet "Community", and not against BetKlass itself. Participation in the Poker is entirely voluntary at own risk and discretion of the player.
5. The Poker’s servers are not placed in Malta, therefore playing poker is not under the Maltese jurisdictions and the LGA Authority (Lotteries and Gaming Authority).
6. For any dispute that requires a decision, interpretation, clarification or intervention in all cases the decisions taken by BetKlass Poker are binding.
7. For any complaints or a request for a particular hand verification, the player has 24 hours time to present his complaint, after this period the request or complaint will not be taken in consideration. Requests for a verification will be accepted only if presented with the hand’s number, the accurate date and time and nick name.
8. The Management has the right to close an account at any time, the funds in the player's account will be returned except if found any type of money laundering.
9. If an account remains inactive for more than one year and the balance is less than 15 euros it will be closed and the amount will be lost.
10. In Poker with fixed limits, are allowed a maximum of four events in each round of betting: bet, launch, re-launch and a cap. A cap is the third set in a revival of betting, after which they will no longer accepted bets. Poker Pot Limit and No Limit allow an unlimited number of bets and reload.
11. According to the pot’s limits, the rake will never exceed 5€ for every pot.
12. The chat is monitored 24 hrs a day, within the gaming tables will not be tolerated any type of bad language or interfering. In these cases the management will close the account. Read the section (Chat Rules) for more information about the chat.
13. All bets are recorded, monitored and reviewed by our operators, any kind of collusion or attempt to "teamwork" will be found and punished with the closure of the account and freezing of funds. As reported in the section: collusion.
14. The Player agrees to consider BetKlass Poker, its dealers, managers, directors, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion or other agencies, partners or retailers not responsible for any kind of damages, costs, expenses and liability that may arise from the fault of the player itself while playing within the poker.
