Chat Rules

The success of the poker relies on the good sense of the players that form the community. BetKlass Poker allows the use of the chat exclusively in Enlish or Italian.

To mantain a healthy spirit within the community, the chat is regulated with the following rules, and BetKlass Poker reserves the right to close the account and to block the funds of any player that acts in violation with these rules:

1. Obscene, abusive or threatening language is not tollerated.
2. The Screen Name must not result offensive to other users.
3. Some words are prohibited from the chat and will get replaced by an asterix. It is prohibited to try and bypass this limitation.
4. It is prohibited to use the chat to offer tips or suggestions to another player, or to suggest to another player to take a particular line of action.
5. It is absolutely prohibited to comment on the hand of a poker hand in course. Even though some comments can be harmless, it is presumed that any player who makes any comment refering a particular poker hand is in violation of these rules, and the player would have the burden of the proof and will have to demonstrate to BetKlass Poker that the rules were not violated.
6. In the case where a player looses chat privilages, trying to bypass this limitation by opening an account may result in not being able to play again on BetKlass Poker and on the community of PokerNexus.
7. Players cannot comment on the cards dealt during a hand.
8. In order to avoid problems, players should avoid comments relative their poker hand or other game strategies.
9. The chat cannot be used to make offers of any type, effect transactions or disturb other players.
10. In the most serious scenarios, the contents of the chat can be sent to the competent authorities of the concerned countries.
